1.3 Purpose of the site
Showcase site presenting the Federation's activities, events, courses and partners (Perfomer Day, Training Camp, Sports Residence, Academy, Club Pro). No sales or paid registrations are made on this site; all reservations, applications and payments are managed via a dedicated mobile application.
1.4 Intellectual property
All content (texts, images, videos, logos, graphics, source code) is the exclusive property of Sports Circle Federation or used under license. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
1.5 Liability
The information published is provided for informational purposes only. Sports Circle Federation makes reasonable efforts to ensure their accuracy, but declines all responsibility in the event of errors, omissions or temporary unavailability. The user uses the site at his own risk.
1.6 Applicable law and jurisdiction
These notices are governed by French law for the part relating to access from France. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise provided.

Only data voluntarily communicated by the user via the contact form or by e-mail are processed (surname, first name, e-mail address, optional telephone number, message). No sensitive data (health, religious orientation, etc.) is collected via this site.
2.3 Purposes of processing
Management of requests for information, response to contacts, sending institutional information when the user accepts it. Data is not used for commercial purposes without explicit consent.
2.4 Legal basis
Processing is based on the user's consent at the time of sending the form or message.
2.5 Shelf life
